After School Clubs
Register your child in our LEGO® inspired After School Clubs located in the Glasgow/Renfrewshire areas. From Simple machines, to amazing animals and crazy gadgets; our Bricks 4 Kidz LEGO® inspired After School Club will teach your child how the world works in weekly 60 minute classes hosted at your local school or venues. The Bricks 4 Kidz® after school educational programme is the best way to learn, build and play using LEGO® bricks!
Our programme currently runs at the schools listed below but we are currently in the process of trying to set up our programme in more schools. If you can’t find your school or are a teacher interested in starting our programme, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we might be able to have a new Club open at your school very soon!
Our trained, screened Bricks 4 Kidz teachers lead a discussion related to that day’s model, using materials designed by educators to teach concepts across a variety of subject areas. Kids will learn about everything from gears, torque and friction, to geography, space exploration, weather and MORE!
Working with a partner, kids experience the hands-on fun of model building, from concept to completion. All of our models are designed by Bricks 4 Kidz model designers, so you won’t find them on the shelves of your local toy shop.
Free-play time rounds out the hour, giving kids an opportunity to develop their creativity.
Benefits of the Bricks 4 Kidz programme:
- Reinforce maths and science concepts
- Develop an appreciation for how things work
- Build self-confidence and problem solving skills
- Foster teamwork
- Trigger children’s lively imaginations
- Provide a safe, enriching place to create and play

Common Questions about our Virtual Online Workshops & Classes with LEGO®!
How old does my child need to be?
As noted above, children are welcome at our eWorkshops from as young as five! Younger children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a parent.
How much LEGO should each child have?
As much as possible! If you have a box of LEGO, that will be great.
What is the process of booking?
Super easy. Just click any of the 'Book Now' buttons. Payment is made using a debit or credit card online through our secure payment gateway. Your child's place is confirmed when payment is made. All transactions are processed in British pounds (GBP).
Do the kids need a tablet or computer?
Yes, either a computer or a tablet will work. All the kids will need mum or dad to download the free Zoom app before the eWorkshop begins and have it ready to go.
Is there a maximum number of kids?
Our popular eWorkshops are capped at 12 children. The Zoom Building Room can get a bit raucous with more than 12 😊
Are parents welcome to join in and build?
Yes! The eWorkshop activities are aimed at the age of the kids but we love to see mums and dads building with their kids - as long as the kids are happy to share the LEGO® 😂 We recommend that everyone joins the eWorkshop using one device. If you'd like children to use different devices, we need them to be placed in different rooms to avoid audio feedback loops.
How strong should the internet connection be for each child?
We hope each child has a medium to strong internet connection at home! This means we can have high quality video and sound, making it more fun for everyone. We know this isn't possible in all homes and it isn't a deabreaker for us. If a child can at least get online, we just ask that everyone is patient with those kids who may struggle to see and hear.
